PROJECT BREAKDOWN
I asked my self what I would expect if I were
the customer.
Provision
The
customer may either provide the miniatures themselves, or I will
purchase them for the customer (receipts will be supplied). If I purchase the miniatures, the customer will be charged the cost of the
figures in addition to the painting services. A 50% deposit may be
requested on new clients and larger orders. This will be required before
and project commencement date.
Assembly
Models will be
washed mould lines will be removed or minimized, and pinning of any
joints not secure.
Painting
Undercoating
and primary base colours, highlights, shading / wash, matt varnish.
Please provide
as much information for the project as you can.
The more detailed information you send on
Uniforms, Flags, etc., will help in the finishing of your order.
Basing
View the
available basing styles – custom detailed bases available on request.
Approval
You will be
kept informed of the progress of the project. (Progress pics available
upon request). When the project is complete I will send an email, along
with a link to where the project can be viewed.
If you
approve the finished project you will be issued a project completion
date. Full payment will then be required within 7 days.
The project will be
posted on receipt of final payment. I accept
PayPal and cheque / postal order (
additional delay for clearance of cheques).
Packing
Projects
are packaged safely using bubble wrap.
You
will receive an email notifying you of your tracking number. All
projects are shipped within 7 business days upon receipt and clearance
of final payment.
If after 7 days of receipt of the
miniatures I do not have any contact from yourself, I will assume that
you are obviously happy with the quality of the work. The order will be
closed and no refunds will be given.
Please Note
Figures in Camouflage or with lots of
lace/ trim will add to the expense.
Larger figures cost more, i.e. a 54mm Fig will cost more than a 25mm
fig. (54mm Fig prices
available on request)
Figure modifications, if necessary,
will cost extra based on the amount of modification.
Any models purchased may have left
over additional unwanted parts (these will become the property of Lost
Legion Miniatures conversions box) this helps keep down my conversion
prices.
